There are seven powerful words that you can use to reprogram your own subconscious. Now, if you do nothing else in your whole entire life, but this one practice, this one practice alone will absolutely change the course of your life. I'm not going to beat around the bush here are seven words are very powerful. And I'm just going to start with telling you exactly what they are. The seven most powerful words to reprogram your subconscious are, I am the kind of person who, and then you complete the statement. Now, you could do this all day long with anything in your life. And the reason that it is so powerful is because it develops your identity, your self concept, which if you haven't done anything to take that into your own hands, and you're just running on the autopilot of your subconscious, then you are running off of the identity and the self concept that was planted there by other people, your peers, your family, people when you're young. And this is why the Jesuits have the saying, Give me the child for seven years. And I'll give you the man. Because this is we just know this, you know, from science and psychology, that our deepest and strongest programming happens when we are very young, and especially in the first seven years of life. In so many of us will go so far and deep into our lives. Before we start realizing well, wait a minute, why did you know why do I doubt myself? Why do I feel unworthy in this area? Why am I not confident in this area? And then, you know, I speak for myself when I say I started learning about psychology and oh, well, what's going on here? You know, it just doesn't make any sense. And then finding out what I can do with all of that in mind. These seven words, you can inject these through any part of your day, like let's say you wake up, and you just want to set your intention for the day. What is it what what kind of person are you you're starting a whole brand new day, you can start that day off as a whole brand new person. And there might be certain habits maybe that you want to change or perspectives that you'd like to tweak and fine tune and point into a different direction. Or perhaps you are working on something big, you know, we all have goals. Goals are what make life juicy and delicious, evolve and have fun, growing and expanding to meet those visions that we have for ourselves, right? Bring them into fruition. So you might say, what is the best, I am the kind of person who statement to support my vision for myself and my goals. And I made a video on YouTube, which of course, as always, I will put the link in the show notes. And I share in there a personal example where I was having a really big challenge with somebody in my life. And I said, I'm not the kind of person who lets people do this to me. And then I said, Well, what kind of person am I? And I had to answer this question, I'll let you go watch the video to find out what my answer was. But I very much found this really helpful when you're having a challenging situation. And it's a great starting point. Because sometimes we're just reacting you know, rather than crafting and creating and responding. So if you are having a challenging situation, this is a great place to start to say I am the kind of person who fill in the end with how you communicate, how you address challenges, how you create boundaries, and establish and maintain those boundaries, maybe how you heal, how you are compassionate. All of these things can be ways that you finish that simple statement to help you to solve that challenge from a place of creative control. Where you are deciding what you want to what kind of person you want to be how you want to navigate that situation. It's also super handy, as I stated, for achieving something new if you're breaking into a new area of life, which I hope you are like when are we not? You know, that's a wonderful part of life. Like, Hey, I've mastered this. That's super cool. Now I'm excited to go in this direction. And when you're going in a new direction, you haven't yet done it. So you have to start working on the identity and the self concept to support success in that new direction and this statement, I am the kind of person who will help you to do that. Look at the time it's five minutes already. I'm gonna have to change this to the 10 Minute success mindset. I'm having so much fun with this. And that is all for today. Do check out the YouTube video the link is in the description and have a spectacular day. I will talk to you in the next episode.
