You can achieve anything you want in life, including attracting money, and affirmations are an important part of the mix! In this episode, I will share with you how to manifest money using affirmations. These simple steps will help you change your mindset and start attracting wealth into your life.
Today we're going to talk about affirmations and specifically how we can use them to shift our money paradigms, to raise our frequencies around wealth so that we can bring more wealth into our lives. I just recently uploaded a really wonderful affirmation around wealth, money manifesting, I will put the link in the show notes. And this is one of really about three things that I put into practice in my own life about six years ago, when I realized I have some serious paradigms around money that I need to address, and I want to address and the reason this became so apparent to me, right, was because I started seeing my children mirror mirroring the same ideas and beliefs. And I thought, oh, my gosh, this is not the legacy, I want to live with their leave within them, right, I want them to be empowered. And so I started down the journey of research application, you know, seeing how things work, wash, rinse, and repeat. And I want to share with you today, three things that I found very, very, very helpful. And those three things are affirmations, conversations and actions. Let's begin with affirmations. This was really interesting. I started listening to money, manifesting affirmations, much like the one that I have just uploaded on YouTube. And it absolutely creeped me out, I felt very physically uncomfortable. Now, at the time, I didn't understand frequency, I wasn't navigating my life through the lens of frequency and vibration. However, looking back, I completely understand now that I wasn't on that frequency of this guy in my ear, telling me how much I deserve to feel comfortable around wealth and to expand financially in my life. And what happened was, I kept listening. And then for a while, for whatever reason, I didn't listen for a while. And one day, I thought, Oh, I'm gonna listen to that today. And I put it on and it felt amazing. I was like, rocking out, you know, this is Yes, Brother, you know. And my frequency had very clearly shifted right in a huge way. And I could physically feel it in my body. Because now I am excited. I this is aligned with me when a frequency is aligned, you have two frequencies that are the same. They actually amplify each other, they resonate. This is what was happening. So that is one thing I highly recommend that you do. Another thing was I shifted the conversations that I was having in my everyday life around anything financial, for example, when I got my bill for the electric. Previously, I might have kind of hemmed and hawed and said, Gosh, you know, wow, there's a lot of money. And then I started saying, Oh, my goodness, you guys, to my kids, hey, can you even believe that we come downstairs in the morning, we turn on light, we flip open the laptops, we put the coffee pot on, and we didn't have to learn how to harness power. And they laugh, you know, but I'm like, seriously, this is amazing. All the things we can do. And I am delighted. It's really now I understand it's such a bargain, right? I only have to send them $140. And all month long, we get to do all these things. And what do you feel in there right have much higher vibration around that a lot of gratitude. I also love Florence Scovel Shinn who was an author in the early 1900s. And she said something in her book, The Game of Life and how to play it, which I very highly recommend. And she said, when people say they want to come around and have an old fashioned chat, I say, No, thank you, I've had quite enough of your old fashion chats, I'll have a new fashion chat. And this really resonated in my mind a lot when conversation started happening. And I started using my awareness to realize, well, I need to take control here about where I'm gonna allow myself to go with this conversation, right? So my everyday dialogue really shifted. And then the third thing is taking action. When something would happen financially, that previously I would have just shut down, right. And the perfect example is my son wanting a much more, I guess, powered computer for the creative work that he is doing. He's getting into. Previously, I might have initially just went right into that fear mode. Oh my goodness, wow, this sounds expensive already, you know? And instead, I took action. I said, Okay, here's what we're gonna do. You need a computer, that's for sure. Right? No doubt about that. You start researching what you need, make sure you don't shoot small. I was like, really find out what you need to do the things that you are now doing with your creative work. And then you come back to me and I'll go figure out how to make it happen. What I ended up doing was getting at with a credit card that I had at a specific company, I guess I don't need to mention it with zero interest. So what that means is he got his really wonderful computer that he's needed and so deserved. And the the reality is that it was only a little bit of extra money each month automatically coming out of my account that frankly, I don't even notice. So I took action. And there's always creative ways when we are seeking to uplevel our paradigms around money that we can be creative. Now. In fact, I wrote a whole book about this. It's on Amazon, it's called free Lark go look it up. All the things in that book are fun ways that I gamify having creative control, based on whatever financial situation I am currently in. So it's a lot of other fun hacks like that in there that you can do. However, when you take this action, you build the confidence you change your beliefs, you create evidence to support the belief that you can financially right. So those are my three big tips. This episode is going a little longer than it usually does. But I think those are all really wonderful things.
